Cartier Jewellery Dress Watch in White Gold, Circa 1930

<p>A very unusual Cartier Jewellery dress watch with the rectangle on the horizontal with the 12 being on the left side. In grey gold the bezel studded with diamonds has the Diamond crown position on 12 on the left. The faded white dial showing its age has roman numerals with the classic black inner Cartier minute track.
